1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lumoza, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Lumoza is a website auditing platform that scans websites for SEO, performance, security, accessibility, and link issues. The service includes automated scanning, AI-powered analysis, and third-party integrations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to only scan websites you own or have authorization to scan. You must not:

  • Scan websites without permission
  • Use the service to disrupt or overload target websites
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription limits
  • Resell access to the service

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lumoza provides scan results on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that all issues will be detected or that recommendations will resolve all problems. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

6. Data Retention

Scan data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. You may request data export or deletion at any time.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the settings page.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
